Dartmoor military firing restricts access
Do not enter Dartmoor military range danger areas when red flags by day or red lamps by night are displayed.
- Live military firing exercises take place across the Okehampton, Willsworthy and Merrivale ranges and restrict public access to the danger areas while warning signals are displayed.
- The current firing-times publication was updated on 30 September 2026 with November firing times.
