Single-lane closures are scheduled on the Gatlinburg Spur for essential maintenance from July 27-30, 2026. Northbound lanes are affected July 27-28 and southbound lanes July 29-30, with work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily; expect delays and possible route changes.Official details

Cataloochee Area Trail Closures and Restrictions

Caldwell Fork Trail is closed to all users. Boogerman Trail is not advised because of a deep water crossing. Pretty Hollow Gap Trail has a washed-out section and is closed to equestrians, Rough Fork Trail is closed to equestrians due to erosion and landslide impacts, and Gunter Fork Trail is closed.
