Vernal Fall / Nevada Fall Corridor Trail Repair Restrictions
The John Muir Trail (“ice cut”) between Clark Point and the Panorama Trail junction is closed until July 27 at 6 am for repairs. Beginning July 27 through October (subject to change), the Mist Trail from its junction with the JMT above Vernal Fall footbridge to the top of Vernal Fall is open Fridays through Sundays and holidays, and Monday through Thursday from 3:30 pm to 7 am when safe. Half Dome Cables Up; Permit Required
