Three trail sections remain closed; stay out of closed areas and follow the signed Three Isle detour to reach the open backcountry campgrounds.

• High Rockies Trail: closed between Driftwood and Sparrowhawk Day Use Areas at the Sparrowhawk connector because significant precipitation caused high stream flows.
• Kananaskis Canyon Interpretive Trail: closed indefinitely because penstock/dam construction washed away stream crossings, leaving the trail impassable.
• Three Isle Trail: closed from the Upper Lake Trail junction to the Upper Kananaskis River because a bridge is washed out. Forks, Three Isle Lake and Turbine Canyon backcountry campgrounds are open and accessible by a temporary detour starting at the Kananaskis River bridge about 500 m west of Point Backcountry Campground. Obey closure signs and stay on the designated detour; allow extra travel time and expect rough trail conditions and ongoing repairs. Wildlife is commonly present along the detour; stay alert, make noise, travel in groups and carry bear spray.

Woolley Trail is closed from the Wheeler/Meadow Trails junction to Amos Trail because wildlife is feeding on a dead moose nearby; stay out of the closed section.

• If you encounter wildlife, give it at least 30 metres (100 feet) of space.
