West Maui daytime lane closures on Routes 30 and 340, Oct. 26–30
Expect daytime single-lane closures on Route 30 near Honokōhau and Route 340 between Waiehu and Waiheʻe on scheduled weekdays Oct. 26–30; follow traffic control and allow for alternating traffic.
- Route 30, Honokōhau (mile markers 35.3–36.1): Northbound lane closure 7 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday–Friday, Oct. 26–30 for rockfall clearing, drilling, shotcrete installation, and mesh installation; traffic will alternate in the open lane.
- Route 340, Waiehu to Waiheʻe (mile markers 0.4–1.5, near Nawaieha Place and Waiheʻe Coastal Dunes): Roving single-lane closure in either direction 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, and Wednesday–Friday, Oct. 28–30 for storm drain cleaning; traffic will alternate in the open lane.
- Work is weather permitting, and HDOT says lane-closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
