The Arch Café is the only restaurant inside Gateway Arch Visitor Center, on the lower level of the tram lobby beyond security, past the museum and beside the Arch Store. It makes the most sense as a meal stop during a visit to the Arch; you have to go through the Visitor Center checkpoint to reach it.
