Cooinda Airport is a small airstrip tucked beside Cooinda Lodge in the southern part of the park. It’s not a commercial hub—think simple runway, no-frills—used mainly by scenic and charter operators. The upside: you lift off right from the heart of Kakadu, so the good stuff appears under your wing almost immediately.
