The sand is clean, the water is very shallow, and lifeguards are on duty during beach hours—exactly what you want if you’re wrangling little swimmers. Above the shoreline you’ll find a leafy park with picnic nooks and plenty of ways to burn off energy.

Why pick this beach

If Million Dollar Beach feels hectic, this is the calmer alternative. The compact layout makes it easy to keep eyes on kids, and the vibe skews relaxed: think sandcastles, swims, and mountain-backed lake views without the chaos.
