The lodge is about a 50‑minute drive from Seronera Airstrip. It’s a hillside property, so staff can shuttle you by buggy if you’d rather skip the walk to your room. After dark, you’ll be escorted for safety—this is big‑cat country.
This corner of the Serengeti can have tsetse flies along certain approach tracks; keeping vehicle windows and the roof closed on those stretches helps.
