Overview

If you’re staying near the lakes and driving an EV, the chargers at Hotel Jezero are the most convenient plug-in option—literally steps from the lobby and a short walk to the trails by Lake Kozjak. They’re part of the ELEN public network, so anyone can use them, not just hotel guests.

What’s Here

Expect several 22 kW AC (Type 2) posts at the hotel. Across the park, there are 13 stations with 14 charging points in total—mostly 22 kW AC wallboxes and one 50 kW AC/DC unit shared among three sites (Entrance 1, Hotel Jezero, and the Borje restaurant). If you need true fast charging, confirm in the ELEN app which site currently hosts the 50 kW unit before you roll in.

How It Works

Activation and payment run through the ELEN app. Bring your own Type 2 cable (standard for European AC posts). Hotel guests benefit from free parking, which makes topping up while you’re in your room or at dinner painless. Non‑guests can still use the posts as part of the public network.

Good to Know

Availability can swing with crowds. Reports range from smooth, all‑day charging to periods where bays are blocked or a post refuses to start. Check real‑time status in the ELEN app, and have a backup plan at the other park sites if you’re tight on charge.

Best Time to Visit

Early morning and late afternoon/evening are your best bets for snagging an open bay and avoiding tour‑bus traffic. If you’re staying at the hotel, plug in overnight or while you’re out walking the lakes—set it and forget it.

Pros

  • Multiple 22 kW Type 2 posts right in front of the hotel
  • Public ELEN network—easy park-and-charge while you explore
  • Free hotel parking if you’re a guest

Cons

  • Peak hours can see chargers blocked or intermittently offline
  • Requires the ELEN app for start/payment; pricing may vary

Tips

  • Bring a Type 2 cable—these are AC posts.
  • Install the ELEN app and add payment before you arrive.
  • Need DC fast? Check the ELEN app to see which park site hosts the 50 kW unit.
  • Charge early or late to avoid peak tour‑bus times.
  • Hotel guests: use your free parking and charge while you’re out on the trails.
