You get about 220 hectares across three bowls, split roughly 30% beginner, 40% intermediate, and 30% advanced. The highest lifted point is 1,943 m, with chairlifts complemented by covered carpets for learners. Average snowfall is around 3.67 m, backed by targeted snowmaking to keep key areas going.

This is a freestyle magnet: Remarks Parks span from progression lines to bigger features, and The Burton Stash—one of only six worldwide and the only one in the Southern Hemisphere—uses natural terrain for creative riding. Steeper, hike-to lines and chutes add to its “Home of Freeride” reputation, and the mountain hosts Freeride World Tour Academy and qualifier events. Beyond the boundary is true backcountry; ski patrol won’t respond outside the area and emergencies are via 111.

The base building is a big, modern day lodge with a cafeteria and multiple food spots—think quick café bites, hearty restaurant meals, and a scenic on‑slope Ice Bar for a break between laps. You’ll find on‑mountain rentals (including performance options), group and private lessons, kids’ programs, a retail Snow Shop, and automated lockers for day storage. Products load onto a reusable MyPass card that also works at Coronet Peak and Mt Hutt.
