Sleds, Boards, and Wax

This is the spot to buy or rent plastic saucers and sandboards, plus the wax that makes them glide. Rentals are quick and popular, but the counter can feel busy at peak times. Some visitors prefer buying inexpensive discs in town to save money; others like the convenience here. A practical tip from recent renters: if you’re strapping into a sandboard, going barefoot (or wearing socks) helps keep the straps comfy and the gear in good shape.
