Getting There
It’s a signed side track off the H10 roughly midway between Lower Sabie and Tshokwane. From the south, pass the Mlondozi turnoff and continue toward Nkumbe; from the north, drop down the H10 from Tshokwane and watch for the Orpen Dam turnoff. Treat it as a 15–30 minute scan en route rather than a long sit.

This is a basic hide: a roof, benches, and a small parking area. Don’t plan on services—handle bathrooms and food at nearby picnic sites or rest camps. Keep voices low, secure snacks from cheeky monkeys, and remember wildlife can wander through the parking area.
