Expect a small lot by the dam and additional angle-in spaces after the dam; they can fill on weekends and mid‑day. Basic restrooms are available near the parking area. No swimming or boating is allowed in the reservoir, and pets aren’t permitted on the dam or hiking trails.

From the viewpoint, continue through the tunnel for the classic shoreline walk to Wapama Falls (about 5 miles round trip), where spring runoff can splash the footbridges. Strong hikers can push farther to Rancheria Falls for a long day out. Another option: the Lookout Point Trail from near the entrance station (~2 miles round trip) for a different angle on the valley.
