The surrounding Empire Pass track was named to mark Empire Day, and the landscape is classic Blue Mountains: water cutting through the sandstone plateau to carve deep, fern-filled gullies and overhangs. The result is a cool, shaded rainforest pocket where waterfalls thrive after wet weather.
