Overview
Fletchers Lookout is a cliff-edge viewpoint on Wentworth Falls track, reached after the path passes Wentworth and Jamison lookouts. It brings you close to Wentworth Falls as the water drops about 100m toward the forested Jamison Valley. If the near-road view isn't enough, this is the extra descent that gets you closer to the falls.

Guide
The full 1.4km return track takes 45 minutes to an hour and continues past this lookout to the top of the falls. Fletchers comes after around 200 steps down, so there's a steep climb back. The route is Grade 3, with many steps and short steep hills; it has no wheelchair access, and the stairs aren't suitable for prams. Keep children close near the cliff edge, where drops can be hidden.
A few more minutes down steps take you to the top of Wentworth Falls. Jamison Creek reaches a shallow pool on one side, with Jamison Valley opening beyond the other. Turn back at Fletchers if you only want the closer waterfall view; continuing gives you a different angle and more stairs.
Wentworth Falls picnic area is the starting point, with parking, flush toilets, drinking water, picnic tables and barbecues. Those facilities are back at the trailhead, not at the lookout. Conservation Hut café is about 800m from the picnic area, a separate stop if you'd like food after the walk.
