Route and Highlights

Start at the Wentworth Falls picnic area/Lookout and follow signs to the top of Wentworth Falls. You’ll cross Queens Cascade—the very lip of the falls—via stepping stones, then climb a narrow bush track through mossy forest to heathland and Rocket Point Lookout. From here, take in sweeping waterfall and valley panoramas, plus a unique vantage onto cliff‑hugging routes like the Undercliff Track and National Pass. The loop typically links easily with nearby lookouts such as Fletchers and Jamison for bonus views.

Scenery, Nature, and Vibe

The track transitions from cool, fern‑lined gullies to open heath dotted with spring wildflowers, all set against sculpted Blue Mountains sandstone. It’s a superb spot for photography—mist and spray near the falls, wide vistas from Rocket Point.
