Getting There & The Setup
Follow Du Faurs Rocks Road from the village; you can either walk roughly 500m downhill from the road or drive close to the turnaround near the cliff. Parking is scarce (think a handful of spots) and surfaces vary—parts may be unsealed and can be slick in wet or frosty conditions. The lookout area is informal and unfenced with sudden drop-offs, so keep your wits about you.
Make It A Walk
This is more than a pull-up-and-peek: a couple of short tracks begin from near the lookout, so you can turn a viewpoint stop into a light bushwalk. It’s also a popular jump-off for a short loop to nearby features when you’ve got an hour or two to spare.
