Getting there
The inn is a short walk from the village centre, on a narrow lane at its edge. Its car park is just down the road. The garden is reached over the small bridge, ; if you need step-free access, check arrangements before you go.

Guide
The Rugglestone Inn is a Grade II listed pub beside a small moorland stream, on the edge of Widecombe-in-the-Moor. The stone building began as a cottage and became an inn in the early 19th century; it takes its name from a local rocking stone. It suits a pub meal or a slow drink after a wander around the village.
Inside are a cosy bar and two dining rooms, one with an open log fire. Outside, a small bridge leads to a sheltered garden with picnic tables and views across the moor. The kitchen serves pub meals, and the bar offers local ales.
