Pacheedaht Campground is a drive-in campground operated by Pacheedaht First Nation near Gordon River in Port Renfrew. It sits outside Pacific Rim National Park Reserve, but it’s a useful place to stay before or after the West Coast Trail. Alongside serviced and unserviced sites, the campground offers group sites and powered barrel sleepers with twin bunks or one king bed. They’re a useful option if you want a bed without pitching a tent. Water service comes with some site types, so check what’s included with the booking you choose.

Respect the land you’re onThis is Pacheedaht First Nation land.

This is Pacheedaht First Nation land. Stay out of residential areas, leave driftwood and rocks where they are, keep dogs leashed, and use designated fire pits under current restrictions. The West Coast Trail follows older First Nations travel and trade routes along this coast; the campground is a modern gateway to that route.
