You’re 6 km east of Seronera Airstrip and about an hour from the Naabi Hill entrance, with the Retima hippo pool, the Serengeti Research Centre, and balloon‑safari departures nearby. The central-Serengeti position means reliable wildlife all year, and animals frequently move through camp.

A small collection of raised canvas tents delivers proper bedrooms and private verandas. Every tent is en‑suite with double basins, a large shower, and a flush toilet. Expect thoughtful touches—gas heaters on cool nights, hot‑water bottles at turndown, and coffee/tea wake‑ups on request. You’ll find a safe, hairdryer, robes, and multi‑standard power outlets. Power is solar with generator backup, available 24/7. A two‑bedroom family tent caters to those traveling with kids.

Menus are created by Michelin‑star Chef Axel Janssens, elevating camp cuisine well beyond the norm. Breakfast can be hearty or light; lunches are either hot at camp or taken as bush/boxed picnics; dinners are multi‑course set menus. Dietary needs are handled with care, and special bush dining under acacias can be arranged.

Daily game drives cover the central plains where lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, and prolific birdlife are regular finds. Wildlife often wanders close—sometimes right past the tents—so evenings around the campfire (“bush TV”) feel wonderfully immersive. Hot‑air balloon safaris depart nearby for a different perspective.

From roughly April to June, the Great Migration can pass through this area, and guests have even watched it from the tents when it’s close. Outside those months, the central location still offers strong, varied sightings.

Wi‑Fi is concentrated in the lounge/reception tent rather than in most guest tents. Boxed lunches can be on the lighter side unless you specify preferences. Laundry is available on a per‑item basis. For safety, you’ll be escorted after dark—wildlife is genuinely around—and evenings can be cool, so pack layers.
