Find the right access

Start at the small Beauty Creek pullout; the sign says Beauty Creek, not Stanley Falls. Route descriptions put the walk at about 3.4 to 3.9 km return and roughly 1 to 1.5 hours. The path follows the creek at first, then climbs more steeply into the canyon. The parking area is easy to miss, and reception is unreliable along the Parkway, so save directions before you set out. Do not count on a toilet or drinking water at the pullout.

The creek tumbles through a succession of smaller falls before reaching Stanley Falls, the tallest drop on this stretch. Layered rock walls close around the white waterfall and its pool. A side view opens if you continue a little beyond the main drop, but canyon edges have no guardrails; stay on safe ground rather than edging closer for a photo.
