Trezona is a 15-site campground beside Brachina Gorge Road, with sites for tents, camper trailers and caravans. It works best as a base for the walking nearby: the Trezona Circuit begins and ends at camp, and the Ediacaran Golden Spike is a short walk away.

The geology is closeThe 8.

The 8.2 km circuit is a Grade 3 walk that takes about four hours over rough ground with steeper sections. It passes the Golden Spike and exposed stromatolites, rounded layered structures formed by ancient microbial life more than half a billion years ago. The route also reaches Enorama Waterhole, with views toward the Trezona, ABC and Heysen ranges. It is a substantial walk without needing to drive to a trailhead.

Make camp workAll 15 sites are unpowered.

All 15 sites are unpowered. Facilities include a long-drop toilet, picnic area and barbecue facilities. A tank beside the toilet block has no guaranteed water supply or quality, so bring drinking water. High-clearance 2WD or 4WD access is required; campfires are allowed when seasonal fire restrictions permit.
