Nizhoni Point is a quick, drive-up overlook with a big payoff: wide-open vistas over the Painted Desert and a clear window into the park’s geologic story. It sits along Petrified Forest Road about 4 miles from the north entrance, making it an easy first or last stop on a park drive.
