Hummingbird Garden is a compact feeding garden beside Miller Visitor Center, with feeders, stone-edged beds, shrubs, yucca and mature trees. It makes a brief wildlife stop rather than a walk of its own; pair it with the center's exhibits or the nearby Bunkhouse Trail.

The park map places the garden just south and southeast of the visitor center, near the Outdoor Classroom and Bunkhouse Trail start. Visitor-center parking is the practical approach. Public restrooms, picnic ramadas with tables, and a park store selling snacks and drinks are in the adjacent visitor-center area. Park admission applies, and pets are not allowed.

Red Rock State Park was registered as a Monarch Waystation in 2016. That designation covers the wider park habitat: its gardens and natural areas provide milkweed, nectar and shelter for migrating monarchs. Late summer and early fall are generally strong for Arizona butterfly watching, though sightings are never guaranteed.
