The Great Ocean Road Visitor Information Centre is a staffed regional visitor centre on Apollo Bay's foreshore, with advice on Great Ocean Road and Otways attractions, tours and accommodation. I'd stop if you still need local maps or help deciding how to fit the area into your trip; useful local advice is the main reason to come in.
Staff can book V/Line travel and attraction tickets. The gift shop carries maps and souvenirs, so it is an easy place to pick up local information before heading farther along the coast.
