Gamlin Cabin is a small log house in the giant sequoias of Grant Grove. The paved 0.3-mile loop from General Grant Tree parking passes the cabin, the Fallen Monarch, and General Grant Tree, so this is a quick history stop along the walk rather than a separate outing for the cabin alone. The trail has steep sections and isn't designated wheelchair accessible. Benches sit at pullouts, and the parking area has flush restrooms and drinking fountains. Grant Grove Village has a restaurant and market nearby.
