Cameron Flat is a DOC standard campsite on open flats beside the Makarora River, about 15 minutes north of Makarora on SH6. Its 30 non-powered tent sites make it a useful overnight base for Blue Pools. Book before you arrive: DOC keeps no spaces for walk-ins.
