Key Largo Kampground & Marina is a 40-acre waterfront campground on Key Largo, with tent and RV sites, waterfront RV sites, and glamping tents. It’s close to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, so it works as a base for an Upper Keys stay. Choose it for camping with the water close by, not for a quick sightseeing stop on U.S. 1.
The marina has 14 wet slips, alongside a boat ramp and fish-cleaning station; slips need to be reserved. Guests fish from the docks and paddle through nearby mangrove waterways toward the grass flats. Two beaches and a playground are also on the grounds.
Some waterfront RV sites have their own boat dock, and the stay options range from tent sites to full-hookup RV sites and glamping tents. If you’re bringing a large RV, confirm the dimensions and turning room for your assigned site before booking; maneuvering through the campground can be tight. Restrooms have air-conditioning, and hot showers are available.
