One-lane alternating traffic on Card Sound Road
Card Sound Road is reduced to one lane with alternating traffic at Tubby’s Creek Bridge during bridge replacement. - The contractor is closing the eastbound lane so demolition of that lane can begin; temporary traffic signals alternate bidirectional traffic through the remaining lane. - The bridge will remain one lane with alternating traffic for the project’s approximately 18-month construction duration, which is weather dependent. - Signal timing will be altered in the morning and afternoon to accommodate additional traffic traveling to and from the Ocean Reef community. - Bicycles are not allowed in the project area.
