Jets, dumping buckets and a rainbow spray feature make this more than a standard playground when the water is running. Spray-park use is seasonal, and its dates or hours aren’t consistently posted, so check locally before making it the reason for your stop. The main playground was upgraded in 2019; public washrooms are in the shared complex and are seasonal.

Waterton Community Playground is the larger playground and spray park on the Waterton Community Centre grounds. It suits families needing a break from sightseeing: there’s a smaller zone for toddlers and a larger climber-and-slides area for older kids. Reach the grounds from Clematis Avenue or Cameron Falls Drive.

Paved paths connect the separate play areas, with pea gravel beneath the climbers and picnic tables and benches nearby; some seating is shaded. The larger climber has a ramp, though access across the play area is only partial. The broader complex also has two multi-use courts and a second, smaller playground; those are separate from this main play area.
