Lake Lodge Cabins is a seasonal lodging complex at Lake Village: 186 cabins set behind a log main lodge overlooking Yellowstone Lake. I'd choose it for a simple in-park cabin and a long porch view, not for room luxuries. The nearby Lake Yellowstone Hotel is a separate property.
Cabins come in Pioneer, Western and Frontier styles, and their comforts vary. Western and Frontier cabins have heat and a coffee maker; cabins don't have air conditioning, TVs, Wi-Fi or in-room cooking. If you want to cook or get online from your room, this isn't a fit. Wi-Fi is available in the lodge lobby.
The log lodge is the shared gathering place, with a large rocking-chair porch facing the lake, a lounge, gift shop and two fireplaces. Wylie's Canteen serves American-style breakfast, lunch and dinner, including ranch beef burgers and bison dogs. Meals are first-come, first-served and seasonal, so have another plan if the canteen isn't operating.
