Official details →Expect a single lane of traffic and delays of up to 15 minutes at Gardner River High Bridge 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from April 1 through late October 2026. - Oversized or overweight vehicles cannot cross while this restriction is in place, including vehicles at least 8 feet 6 inches wide, 75 feet long, or 80,000 pounds gross vehicle weight. Check current road status before traveling.
Official details →Do not enter Biscuit Basin: its parking lot, boardwalk, and the Firehole River are closed to all travel until further notice. - The closure is due to the possibility of another hydrothermal event at the site of the July 23, 2024, hydrothermal explosion. - Biscuit Basin is north of Old Faithful.
