How Charging Works

Create a ChargeNet account, then start/stop a session via the app or an optional RFID fob; 24/7 phone support can also initiate a charge if you’re stuck. Plug in, start the session, and hit the charger’s Start button. Many units default to stopping at ~80%—tap “Max” if you need a deeper fill. Pricing since April 9, 2025 typically lists DC Fast (≤75 kW) around $0.85/kWh, but the exact rate is set per site; always confirm in the app before you begin.
