Centro de Bienvenida - Reserva Las Torres is the compact arrival and service hub for the reserve’s eastern trekking sector. Visitors and vehicles stop here before entering the reserve, and the trails begin just beyond the center; Hotel Las Torres is about 1 km farther along the road. Use it to check booked services, ask questions and sort out last-minute needs. This is separate from the park’s CONAF visitor and administration center in the Lago Toro sector, so check the park’s entry requirements separately.

There’s a café for quick meals, snacks, coffee, beer and other drinks, plus toilets and a small shop for camping food, outdoor essentials, souvenirs and local bird, plant and wildlife guides. This is a handy trail-prep stop if you need one more basic; don’t count on it as a full range of specialist equipment.

Visitors use the center as a handoff point for transport around the park, including connections toward Laguna Amarga. Shuttle routes, times and fares can change, so check the current details with the operator and leave a buffer between legs. A gap can mean an uncomfortable wait in cold or rainy weather.
