Zum’s Eatery & Mercantile is a casual family restaurant on the corner of Waterton Avenue and Cameron Falls in Waterton’s townsite. Its patio looks over Upper Waterton Lake, and an attached mercantile sells souvenirs and keepsakes. It’s a handy choice when you want a sit-down meal in the village. The broad comfort-food menu covers diner-style breakfasts, burgers and sandwiches, fried chicken, fish and chips, ribs, soup, desserts and milkshakes. Fried chicken is the signature and comes in takeout packs, though food quality and value don’t land the same for everyone.
