Olowalu General Store is a roadside convenience store on Olowalu Village Road, next to but separate from Leoda’s Kitchen and Pie Shop. It has served Maui since 1932 and makes sense as a quick stop on the West Maui drive for a snack, shave ice, or picnic supplies. Think grab-and-go rather than a full restaurant visit.
Common picks include Spam musubi, red Hawaiian hot dogs, boiled peanuts, shave ice, bentos, and cold drinks. The shelves also carry locally made Maui and Hawaiʻi products, gifts, and souvenirs.
