Trail guide
Lilly Pilly Link Walk is a 1 km point-to-point path from Tidal River Footbridge to the Lilly Pilly Gully walk junction. It is Grade 2 (easy) and takes 20 minutes one way; allow about 40 minutes if you retrace it, for 2 km total. It works as a quick outing on its own or the first leg of a longer day.
The path moves through coastal heath and opens to broad views over Norman Bay and Tidal River. Spring and summer bring wildflowers through the heath. Its mapped surface is fine gravel, and the connector links coastal and rainforest settings. It joins routes toward Lilly Pilly Gully, Mount Bishop, and Tidal Overlook; those are separate hikes beyond this 1 km section.
Begin at Tidal River Footbridge. Use the large car park by Tidal River Visitor Centre, then walk to the footbridge and retrace the route to return. Dogs and bicycles aren't allowed; assistance dogs follow Parks Victoria's entry requirements for national parks.
