Start at the Cascades parking area near Milepost 271.9 and follow the paved path beside the restroom. The path becomes gravel as it traces the ridge, then descends to Falls Creek and crosses a footbridge. At the junction, take the steeper stone-step branch to the upper and lower waterfall overlooks. Return along the scenic creek-side trail, then turn back toward the parking area to close the loop. The complete mapped corridor is about 0.99 mile, matching the commonly published 1-mile visitor loop.
