Overview

About Keltie Bridge Caravan Park

Why stop

  • Wooded former railway route into Callander

Heads up

  • Tent pitches sized for one to four people
A riverside, countryside site just off the A84, this works well if you want clean, well-kept facilities and the option of leaving the car parked. Callander is a walk away rather than at the gate, so it fits campers and tourers happy to stroll or cycle in, less so anyone wanting a pub two minutes from the awning.

Tourers get grass or hardstanding electric pitches, with fully serviced hardstandings offering water, electricity and drainage, plus a motorhome fresh water and waste point. There is an indoor washing-up area, a drying room, and a microwave and fridge freezer for guests, so self-catering is straightforward if you shop before you arrive. Otherwise plan meals in Callander. The walk in follows a tarmac footpath, or you can take the wooded former railway line, now a walking and cycling route.
