Valhalla Pizzeria & Coffee Shop is a counter-service restaurant beside Bryce Canyon Lodge. It’s an easy place to stop for coffee or a sit-down meal without leaving the park, with indoor tables and outdoor seating. Coffee is served all day, and pizza starts at 11:30 a.m.
The menu covers pizza and salads, plus pastries, espresso drinks, beer, and wine. Some diners praise the Thor’s Hammer and chicken pesto pizzas; others find the food expensive or inconsistent. I’d treat it as convenient lodge-side dining, not a meal worth planning a special detour around.
