Twenty sites have electrical hookups for RVs or tents; the other 11 are hike-in tent-only sites, and a physical tent is required. The walk from parking varies by site, from about 20 to 200 yards, so check the exact site if you're carrying more than a daypack. Two sites are marked ADA accessible. The booking guidance conflicts on walk-up sites, so confirm before relying on same-day availability.

Every campsite has a fire pit and a picnic table under a shade shelter. Camp bathrooms have running water and dishwashing sinks. The park hauls water up from Moab and doesn't offer RV tank fills, so arrive with a full tank. There is a dump station at the campground entrance, and RV sites can accommodate vehicles up to 56 feet.

West Rim Trail access is beside Yurt #9, and a path near Yurt #6 connects toward Kayenta Campground and the visitor center. Treat the main Dead Horse Point overlook as a separate stop.
