Big Hill Campground is a drive-in camp with 13 unpowered sites in a grassy clearing among tall forest near Benwerrin. It makes a practical base for mountain biking or four-wheel driving nearby, with a good chance of seeing forest birds around camp. Expect shared basics rather than a full-service park. Some campers find the small sites close together when it is busy.

Choose your site and come preparedSites 1–7 are for tents only; sites 8–13 also accommodate camper trailers and caravans.

Sites 1–7 are for tents only; sites 8–13 also accommodate camper trailers and caravans. Each site allows up to six people. Book and pay in advance. Bring drinking water and firewood, and take your rubbish away. There are non-flush toilets, shared fireplaces and low tables with seats; every site is unpowered. Campfires are prohibited on Total Fire Ban days, though gas cookers can still be used.
