About Henry House
Henry House is a low-key, in-the-know stop: a federally recognized plaque near Old Fort Point Road that marks the site of William Henry’s 1811 fur‑trade post. The buildings are long gone, but this is one of those places where the landscape tells the story—right by the Athabasca and Miette Rivers, along the historic travel corridor to Athabasca Pass.
