Before you go

Best time to go

The amphitheater has auto and bus/RV parking. The nearby visitor center has accessible restrooms and potable water; treat those as visitor-center facilities. Cedar Grove Lodge is a separate stop with a seasonal counter-service restaurant and market. The Cedar Grove area is typically open from May through early or mid-November; Highway 180 generally opens in late April and closes around mid-November, but weather and road conditions shift the dates.

Easy access to a seat

A paved, level, wide path runs from parking to the gently sloped amphitheater. Companion spaces are available by the access route and at the stage front. Two designated accessible parking spaces are in front of the visitor center. Assistive-listening devices are available for programs; ask at the center, which also has neck loops for T-coil hearing aids.
