Broad Lakes, Narrow Canyon“There's a reason the Upper Lakes spread out while the Lower Lakes sit between steep walls. The Upper Lakes rest on dolomite, rock that lets relatively little water through.”

Guide
Bistro Kozjačka Draga is a quick-service bistro on the shore of Kozjak, set in an open picnic meadow at the forest edge. A covered terrace and wooden tables and benches spread across the grass, with electric boats docking beside the shore. It is a convenient place to stop between walks and boat rides, with shade and room to sit.
The location is the surest reason to stop: food and value can be hit-or-miss, and queues can build when it is busy. Bring a snack if you want a predictable lunch or would rather not wait. A souvenir shop sits beside the bistro.
Kozjak is the park's largest and deepest lake. From the meadow you can watch the electric boats come and go at the shore. The bistro is a practical pause on the sightseeing route, whether you are waiting to board or taking a break before continuing around the lakes.
