Guide
Pumice Point Picnic Area is a shaded picnic stop among conifers on the north side of East Rim Drive. Stop for a sit-down meal break during the rim loop. It is separate from Pumice Point Pullout, the nearby stop for the lake view.
The picnic grounds have tables and a vault toilet. Bring your own meal and drinking water; no food service or potable-water source is identified for this stop.
