Boston Mills Ski Resort is a lift-served downhill ski area on Riverview Road in Peninsula, with a timber-style lodge at the foot of the slopes. Strong skiers should set expectations: the Boston Mills and Brandywine operation together has 264 feet of vertical, so this is a compact local hill rather than a big-mountain day.

Boston Mills has runs for different skill levels, with the Tiger run as its standout challenge for stronger skiers. Rentals and lessons are available. The resort’s published size figures combine Boston Mills with Brandywine: 18 trails, 15 lifts and 88 skiable acres across both areas, not Boston Mills alone.

Brandywine is about five minutes away by car, and a one-day ticket or pass covers both areas. That gives you a second base and more variety if you want a longer ski day. Each hill is a separate stop, so plan the short drive between them rather than expecting one continuous slope network.
