Expect a mellow walk that most hikers complete in under an hour round‑trip, not including time lingering on the beach.

What You’ll See

The payoff is a remote, cobble‑stone beach with broad horizons and a front‑row seat to classic Isle Royale sunsets. On clear days you can spot the distant Rock of Ages Lighthouse and even the Minnesota shoreline across Superior.
