Guide
Small parties of six or fewer need an overnight permit and choose sites first-come, first-served; the permit does not reserve a spot. A three-night limit applies from June 1 through Labor Day. The campground’s water source is nonpotable, so bring a filter and treatment. Seasonal composting toilets and year-round food-storage lockers are provided, but there is no camp store, firewood or ice sales, or trash collection. Pack out your waste.
This suits paddlers looking for a quiet stop in Grace Harbor rather than a full-service campground. The two shelters are the main convenience; there are no electric hookups or on-site staff. It operates seasonally during the park’s open season, roughly mid-April through October.
